The fiber laser is completely air-cooled and does not require ancillary equipment such as refrigerators, cooling water pipes and temperature controllers. The volume is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the user’s cost of use is much lower than the marking system using traditional laser light sources.

Yes, you can use the machine in the office or at home. The machine is with 220v 1ph or 110v 1ph. It is very easy for you to connect the power.

Q3: What is the marking thickness of 30W 50W 100W laser marking machine?

Under 163mm focus length of Galvo:

The 30w marking thickness is 0.2-0.3mm

The 50w marking thickness is 0.2-0.5mm

The 100w marking thickness is 0.8mm

It is also depens on the marking material.

Q4: What about warranty?

The machine warranty is one year. The fiber laser source warranty is two years.

Q5: Once the machine have some problem, how could I do?

Firstly, our engineer will figure out what the problem maybe. We can send the new parts for change freely.

Q6: What kinds of documents we will provide to customers after shipment?

After shipment, we will provide Bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certification of original etc.
